Yes. Every Totally Baked product can ship to adults 21+ in Florida, and everything except hash holes and THC-P products can ship to adults 21+ in Texas. Orders to either state are for personal use only and may not be resold there. Here is our full 2026 policy in plain language.

What We Cannot Ship to Texas

Hash holes

Florida

Adults 21 and over in Florida can order any product in our catalog, including hash holes and THC-P products, for personal use only.

Personal Use Only, Not for Resale

This is the part we need everyone to hear. Products shipped to Texas or Florida are for personal use by adults 21+ only. They may not be resold in Texas or Florida.

Age Verification

Every order must be placed by an adult 21 or older. We may require age verification at checkout or delivery, and we may cancel orders that cannot be verified.

What About Other States?

Hemp rules vary from state to state and change often, and some products cannot ship to some states. Our checkout checks your shipping address and will tell you if an item in your cart cannot ship there. If you have questions, contact our team and check your own state and local laws.

Federal Changes Coming in 2026

Federal hemp rules are also changing. On November 12, 2026, the new federal hemp definition begins, but until December 11 it only reaches products containing cannabinoids the cannabis plant cannot naturally produce. On December 11, 2026, cannabinoids synthesized or manufactured outside the plant, typically including commercial THC-P and delta-8 THC, are excluded from hemp. On December 11, 2026, a total-THC standard that counts THCA takes effect, along with a 0.4 mg total THC per container cap for finished products. We stop shipping on December 11, 2026.
