Why some items don't ship to Texas

Two groups of products are off the Texas list.

  • THCA hash holes. Our 2g Diamond-Infused THCA Hash Hole is diamond infused and hash injected, and it contains hemp-derived delta-8 THC in addition to THCA. It is not available in Texas.
  • All THC-P products. That includes the THC-P pre-roll, hash hole, flower, bubble hash and live resin. Commercial THC-P is typically made from hemp-derived CBD. None of it ships to Texas.

Texas rules keep moving

Texas hemp law has shifted several times in recent years, and proposals come up often. We won't try to summarize state law here, because it can change faster than a blog post. Before you order, check current Texas law from an official source. If something changes, our catalog for Texas may change with it.

The two federal dates to watch

Federal hemp rules are changing under P.L. 119-37, as extended by H.R. 6500 §2019. Both dates are coming up soon.

  • November 12, 2026. The new federal hemp definition begins. Until December 11, it only applies to products containing cannabinoids not capable of being naturally produced by the cannabis plant.
  • December 11, 2026. The rest takes effect. That includes a total-THC standard that counts THCA, the exclusion of cannabinoids synthesized or manufactured outside the plant (typically commercial THC-P and delta-8), and a 0.4 mg total THC per container cap.

Total THC is calculated as delta-9 THC plus 0.877 times THCA. Under a total-THC standard, THCA counts. That's a big deal for THCA flower and pre-rolls everywhere, not just in Texas.
